Was concerned about the benefits of my $99.00 investment with PetCareRx. After speaking with Millie for about 20 minutes decided to keep this plan in place. She thoroughly explained how it works and made up for last years shortage in savings. Shortage was NOT asked for, was appreciated, and I remain committed to using PetCareRx for the remainder of the plan. A big attaboy for Millie. She couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. All is for Charlie, the Moyan Poodle in the photo
Peggy was so helpful and not only cancelled an unnecessary refill but also verified that my pet’s medications were correctly entered on my account for future refill orders.

I had a great call today with Peggy at PetCareRx. She was very professional, well informed, cheerful and courteous throughout the call. She had all the salient information readily available for our pet and his medical history. Thanks for the high level of service that she and her team provide.

Yes, i just enrolled in the one year membership and cancelled all of my " credit and debit cards " still active on my account. They can't charge anything if your
' saved ' credit and debit cards are " deleted '. Since I do get prescription meds for my dogs on their site and I just joined, I'm keeping it for one year but they can't renew it if no cards are saved.
